I have to say, Kevin was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Managing the requests of 16 guests is no small feat, and he handled it like a pro! His communication was top-notch, which made the entire renting experience so much smoother. The property matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which Kevin was quick to address, confirming it was out of order. Fortunately, we were only preparing light meals since we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful touches he provided during our stay. A big shoutout to Kevin for everything! We will surely look for properties he manages in the future.

This Airbnb has an excellent location and is quite roomy. While there are a few minor areas for improvement, we were really pleased with our extended stay. The parking is convenient, and the gym is well-equipped. Plus, the massive swimming pool offers stunning sunset views each evening.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends, since the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The location is ideal for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop. The bathroom renovation includes thoughtful features like a dimmer switch which is a nice touch. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, along with superb air conditioning for those hot days. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. Plus, there’s shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking. The main house is also available if you need extra space. Kevin, our host, was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues quickly. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

The property was quite far from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and kitchen amenities were missing. Given the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. I was relieved to get a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 seemed unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more competitive and that additional amenities are provided soon.
