I had to make a quick trip to West Palm for work and required a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. The complex is quite sizable, but he took the time to show me around, which made settling in easy. The condo was perfect for one or two guests, well-maintained, and everything functioned properly. I appreciated the cleanliness as well!

I had to cancel my trip due to an unforeseen emergency, but I really appreciate how quickly Kevin processed my refund. It was a huge relief during a stressful time.

This vacation rental was simply wonderful! We spent a full month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn’t have been better—just under 10 minutes from the airport with no noise at all, and a quick 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and eateries. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to the beach! A nice 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, where the food scene and the Saturday farmers market are fantastic. You really don’t need a car to enjoy everything nearby. Kevin is an outstanding host who made everything so seamless. When we had a minor issue, he arranged for someone to come over right away, and it was resolved in no time. The rental itself is both cozy and spacious, equipped with all the essentials. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure. He has several properties and is incredibly reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and all of Kevin's other rentals to future guests.
