This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends (the bed can either be separated into twins or set up as a king). The location is ideal, close to various local attractions. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and includes a stove, fridge, and modern sink with a sleek countertop. The bathroom has also seen upgrades, complete with nice touches like a dimmer switch for softer lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus great air conditioning, staying cool was never a concern. The closet offers a clever organization system with ample storage space. Plus, there's access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking that is convenient, especially if you need extra room in the main house. The property manager was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor concerns swiftly and positively. All in all, this place met our expectations, and we would gladly book with this host again.

I had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but the owner was incredibly understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I truly appreciate their kindness during a stressful time.

They went above and beyond to assist guests like me looking for last-minute options during DWD, tailoring solutions to suit various preferences. The studio itself was beautifully designed, offering everything necessary for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for refreshing my legs after long hours on my feet. I can't wait to return!
