A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

We arrived after our flight at around 1:00 pm and assumed we could enjoy a quick lunch before the 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we eventually checked in around 7:45 pm, which was much later than expected. To our surprise, there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers tiling the floor until nearly 9:30 pm. Not only that, but the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology for the inconvenience, and despite asking for compensation for the late check-in and other issues, we were told the host would need to consult the owners but we never heard back. Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Our work trip here was fantastic! The property offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for providing additional privacy and each had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. We really enjoyed the pool area; while there were quite a few leaves because of the trees nearby, we appreciated having the nets to keep it tidy and still managed to enjoy a swim during the lovely weather. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night added a lovely ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt secure, plus we took pleasant evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Its location is just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are lots of bars and restaurants, and it’s close to the beach too. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to our queries. We would certainly consider returning again in the future if it’s available.

I had a spontaneous work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly flexible and made sure to reach out to me as soon as I landed. The building is quite expansive, but the owner provided a helpful tour, so I felt right at home quickly. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
