A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite our flight delay, they ensured to be at the property upon our arrival to give us a warm welcome and a thorough tour. We truly appreciate all the assistance!

If I were to rate just the host, I would give them a full five stars without question. However, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond the host's control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention during cleaning. I also suggest that the property manager consider updating the towels, as they weren't in the best condition. Overall, a wonderful experience despite these minor hiccups.
