The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking and about a 5-minute drive). The room was rather small with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were not working properly and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the amenities, the price felt very steep. Thankfully, I received a full refund per Airbnb's policies, but I still think that over $300 is excessive for what this place offers. I hope they can offer a more reasonable price and improve the facilities in the future.

The owner was fantastic! Check-in was a breeze, and they responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. They greeted us upon arrival, making everything so straightforward. Their insights about the local area were invaluable. The location was just as described, ideal for our needs.
