A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but the host handled it wonderfully. The property matched its description perfectly, though we did encounter a problem with the oven; the host promptly came over to assess the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was fully functional, and since we were mostly out for a wedding, we didn’t need to do much cooking. We truly valued our interactions with the host and were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras he provided. A massive thank you to the host for everything! We will certainly consider renting from him again in the future.
