The owner was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the needs of a group of 16 can be challenging, but the host really excelled at communication. The property was just as described, though we did encounter an issue with the oven not functioning. However, the stovetop was in good working order, and since we were mainly in town for a wedding, it didn't greatly impact our plans. We truly appreciated the little touches the host provided that went above and beyond our expectations. A big thank you to the owner for making our stay memorable. We would definitely consider booking again with this property manager in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental market. It's perfect for an individual, a couple, or friends since the bed can be configured as twins or a king. The location is ideal for exploring the area. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and a modern sink and countertop. The bathroom also features recent renovations and includes nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living space have ceiling fans to complement the great air conditioning. The closet is well-appointed with storage options. You also have access to a washer and dryer, which are shared with the main house (which is also available for rent if you need more space). The owner was quick to respond and handled a couple of minor concerns with ease. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and I would gladly book with this owner again.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was cozy and situated in an ideal area. The amenities like the pool and gym were excellent. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely return in the future. Just a small note: the appearance of the apartment varied slightly from the photos, but it was still lovely overall.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our group vacation. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater was out, but we made good use of the hot tub, which was delightful! The guest studios near the pool offered great privacy, although they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the property is older, so there are some signs of wear throughout. We faced issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as they weren’t cooling properly, which resulted in our ice melting quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom located on the ground floor in the main house, so I would recommend this place with caution for anyone who might have difficulty with mobility. However, it was a reasonable price, especially when shared among multiple families.
