Freshly Updated Contemporary Retreat with 1 Bedroom & Bath - Just Minutes from Leading Medical Centers

Absolutely loved my stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and the accommodation was just perfect.

We had a bit of a hiccup with our previous Airbnb, which left us stranded around 10 pm. Thankfully, Kevin came to our rescue and welcomed us into his apartment. Despite the late hour and short notice, everything was perfectly set up and ready for us. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of a last-minute stay!

This guesthouse is a refreshing find in the often expensive short-term rental market of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends as the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. Its location is ideal, placing you close to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, refrigerator, and sleek countertop, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom is also newly renovated and features thoughtful details like a dimmer for the lights. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living areas, plus excellent air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed. There's a well-organized closet with plenty of space for your belongings. Guests also have access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is a major plus. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered promptly. All in all, this place met our expectations, and we'd definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

Adam was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, yet he handled everything with ease! His communication skills were superb, which is essential for a successful Airbnb experience. The home matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which Adam promptly assessed and confirmed was non-functional. Thankfully, the stovetop was operational and met our needs since we mainly prepared light meals during our stay for a wedding. We truly appreciated our exchanges with Adam and the delightful surprises he provided – a massive THANK YOU to him! We will definitely consider his properties in the future.
