Oceanfront Views - 2 Bedroom Condo - Steps to Sand in Palm Beach Shores FL

We arrived on our flight around 1:00 PM and assumed we could grab a quick bite before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working and it would take longer. After several inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been some plumbing issues, as there were workers there tiling the bathroom floor, which was noisy and disruptive until about 9:30 PM. They also left behind a used toilet and sink in the kitchen, which was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences, but never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I would hesitate to book with them again.

This place is fantastic! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to reply. It's conveniently located near all the necessities.

We had an unexpected situation with another Airbnb and arrived at Kevin's place close to 10 PM. Thankfully, he was incredibly accommodating and helped us settle in smoothly despite the late hour. The apartment was ready and met all our needs perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming host!
