The property was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or just a 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the facilities, the price seemed excessively high. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but the cost of over $300 felt unjustified for what was provided. I hope the host considers adjusting the price and adding more amenities in the future.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt quite secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the space, which was ideal for multiple families. Although the pool was nice, it wasn't heated, so we opted for the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool offered a good amount of privacy, even if they were on the smaller side. This property does show its age, so just be prepared for some signs of wear. We did face some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer didn't freeze properly, leaving us without ice for our drinks. Additionally, the stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom located downstairs in the main house, I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility challenges. Also, keep in mind there is no bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, considering the size of our group, the price was reasonable for what we received.
We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location was ideal for our first trip to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to see was within a quick five-minute drive, and there were even some attractions we could easily walk to. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a real sense of security, which was a pleasant surprise. This charming property is a century-old house with an amazing pool area and cabana in the back. The addition of the two separate casitas is fantastic for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. While the washer/dryer could definitely use an upgrade and the pillows were a bit lacking, overall, this place is an excellent choice if you are traveling with a larger group and want to be in the heart of West Palm.
