We had a fantastic three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm. We were thrilled to discover that almost everything we wanted to explore was just a short drive away, and many places were also within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a great sense of security. This charming property is over a century old and boasts an amazing pool and cabana area that we enjoyed immensely. The two additional 'casitas' made our trip even more enjoyable, especially with our large group. Kevin was always quick to respond and truly dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect experience. The only minor issues were that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, but overall, this is a wonderful spot for anyone looking to stay in the heart of West Palm.

Fantastic spot to explore the area, though the building could use some updates. The host, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really benefit from a deep cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are showing their age with some peeling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay; it was a cozy place with a prime location, even if it had its minor issues.

We arrived in town and our flight touched down around 1:00 PM. We were hoping to enjoy a quick lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that our room wouldn't be ready just yet as the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired again, but received no response. By 7:02 PM, we decided to ask for an estimated time of completion and were told that someone would get back to us. Unfortunately, we couldn't access the property until approximately 7:45 PM. To make matters worse, we discovered that there had been a water leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still laying tile, making quite a bit of noise until around 9:30 PM. They left behind a used toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no effort made to apologize or rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the delayed check-in and inconveniences but was told they would need to consult the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t choose to stay with them again.

We loved the location; it felt very secure and was perfect for our family getaway. The space was ideal for multiple families, and while the pool was lovely, we discovered the heater wasn't functioning. Since the weather was chilly, we ended up enjoying the hot tub, which was a treat! The guest studios near the pool are quite compact, but they offer a nice touch of privacy if needed. Keep in mind, the house is older, so you might notice some signs of wear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer as they weren’t cooling properly, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone with mobility concerns. Also, there's no bath or shower downstairs in the main house. Overall, it’s a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the quite pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a cozy spot that suits singles, couples, or even two friends since the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is newly renovated with a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops, which is a big plus. The bathroom has also been updated and features nice details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans to keep things cool alongside the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with a system of shelves and rods for storage. Plus, there’s a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking, which is really convenient. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns smoothly. All in all, this place met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely book with Kevin again.
