This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends, as the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated, featuring a stove, fridge, and a stylish sink with countertop upgrades. The bathroom is also updated and includes some thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus excellent air conditioning, staying cool was never an issue. The closet is impressively organized with ample storage space. We also had access to a shared washer and dryer, and off-street parking is available. The property manager was very responsive and proactive in addressing a couple of minor concerns we had. Overall, this place met all our needs and we'd happily book with them again.

The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which was crucial given our group of 16. Their communication skills made our stay much smoother. The house matched the online description perfectly, though we encountered a minor issue with the oven not functioning. The host promptly inspected it and confirmed it was out of order, but the stovetop worked just fine for our needs as we weren't planning on heavy cooking during our wedding visit. We truly appreciated the personal touches and additional amenities provided by the host. A big thank you for making our stay enjoyable! We look forward to booking again in the future.

I would definitely give the host five stars for their hospitality, but the unit did have a few issues that were outside their control. There was a leaky faucet in the bathroom, which the host promptly arranged to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention when it came to cleanliness. The towels also left something to be desired and should be updated for future guests.
