Due to a last-minute cancellation of our original reservation, we found ourselves in a bind, but thankfully, Kevin came to the rescue! He was incredibly prompt in getting everything arranged in under a day and was very helpful. Upon arrival, he greeted us at the house, gave us a thorough walkthrough, and encouraged us to contact him if we needed anything. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot-on and truly enhanced our stay. An overall fantastic experience!

I would absolutely give Kevin five stars just for his exceptional hospitality. Unfortunately, the unit had a few issues that weren't his responsibility. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that was broken, but Kevin took care of it promptly. Also, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. The towels were a bit worn out and could use some replacement. Overall, a great stay thanks to Kevin!

We had an amazing time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 12! The house was immaculate and just like the photos. It was only a quick Uber ride away from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was very attentive and offered great assistance throughout our stay! Highly recommend this spot!
