Kevin was an amazing host, and his apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully designed, spotless, and wonderfully organized. My mother stayed here and couldn't stop raving about it.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental! Mark was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and very accommodating to my requests. He provided great assistance to fellow guests looking for last-minute options during DWD, ensuring everyone felt supported. The studio is beautifully designed and equipped with everything needed for a fantastic stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was a great feature, helping to soothe my tired legs after long days. I would definitely return in the future!

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city! However, the building is a bit dated. Kevin was fantastic at keeping in touch throughout our stay. The carpets really need a deep clean, and I noticed some of the furniture is showing its age with a bit of peeling. All in all, I had a pleasant stay—it's a cozy spot with a great setting, just a few areas could use some attention.

Kevin was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries, which made our stay so much easier. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is certainly a challenge, but he handled it with such grace and effective communication. The home's description was spot on, and we only encountered one issue with the oven, which Kevin promptly addressed upon his visit. While we mostly used the stovetop for our meals since we were primarily there for a wedding, it wasn’t a major inconvenience. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and were pleasantly surprised by a few thoughtful touches he provided during our stay. A big thank you to him! We will certainly consider booking properties he oversees in the future.
