The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). The room was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund per Airbnb policy, but paying over $300 seemed unreasonable for what was offered. I hope the owner considers updating the amenities and adjusting the pricing to better reflect the value.

After our initial booking fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this place. The owner was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange everything for us in less than a day. Upon arrival, they greeted us warmly, showed us around the house, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local beaches, eateries, and activities, which truly enhanced our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The accommodations were excellent, really comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would certainly choose to stay here again. One small note is that the interior looked a bit different from the photos, but it was nothing significant.

Our work trip here was absolutely fantastic. The spacious layout and comfortable beds made it feel like a home away from home. The two cottage rooms in the back were a wonderful addition, allowing everyone to have their own bathrooms for added convenience. The pool area was a highlight, nestled among trees which required a bit of cleaning with the nets they provided, but it was well worth it on warm days. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the evenings added a nice touch of tranquility. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt completely secure. Evening strolls to the nearby Publix were enjoyable. Plus, being so close to Clematis St and City Place, with its vibrant bars and dining options, as well as the beach, was a major perk. The host was extremely attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would not hesitate to return here in the future if it's available.
