This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced market of West Palm Beach rentals. It offers a cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for singles, couples, or friends, with a bed that can be configured as either twins or a king. Its central location makes it convenient to explore the attractions of WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and upgraded countertops. The bathroom has also seen some thoughtful renovations, including a dimmer switch for ambiance. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room which, along with the air conditioning, kept us comfortable during our stay. The closet is impressively organized with plenty of racks and hanging space for all our things. Also, there is a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking available. The host, Kevin, was very responsive and dealt with a couple of minor hiccups efficiently. All in all, this property met all our needs and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.
