The location was quite a bit farther from the convention center than expected (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room itself was on the smaller side, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower facilities were malfunctioning, and the kitchen lacked essential amenities. Given the prices, which I found excessive for the overall quality and amenities offered, I was relieved to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policies. However, the cost of over $300 seemed unreasonable for this space. I hope future guests will see improvements in pricing and amenities.

We arrived quite early in the afternoon after our flight, hoping to check in around 4:00 pm after grabbing some lunch. Unfortunately, when we returned at the designated time, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working. We waited until 5:49 pm for an update, but there was no response from the host. After inquiring again at 7:02 pm, we were told they would keep us posted. Sadly, we didn’t gain entry until around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak had caused some repairs in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there laying tiles until nearly 9:30 pm, which was disruptive. To top it off, they had left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen the entire time. We never received an apology or any offer to rectify the situation. I asked about a possible refund for the late check-in and the issues faced, but I was told the owner would need to be consulted, and I never heard back. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. It was a pleasure to coordinate with such a kind individual. The rental itself was very cozy, featuring two spacious en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area perfect for relaxation. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made for restful nights.

We had a fantastic getaway with a group of 11 for a bachelorette celebration. The house was just what we needed—spotlessly clean and true to the photos provided. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The host was very attentive and prompt with all our inquiries. A wonderful place to stay!
