The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and requests. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, yet they handled it seamlessly! Excellent communication made our stay much smoother, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven not functioning properly, but the host came by swiftly to assess it. Luckily, the stovetop was operational, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare any elaborate meals anyway. We genuinely appreciated all our interactions with the host and the thoughtful touches they provided that we didn’t anticipate – a massive thank you to them! I’ll definitely consider renting properties managed by them in the future.
Our group had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's upcoming wedding! This place was perfect for our party of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The two separate guest houses gave us the privacy we needed while still allowing us to come together easily. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided the ideal backdrop for some memorable photos. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
We had an incredible time staying here with our family. It was the perfect venue for bringing everyone together. I definitely recommend this property, just be sure to check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day since the pool needed some maintenance and had turned a bit murky, but the property manager was quick to address this with the pool service. The owner was really attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The location was fantastic, nestled in a secure neighborhood which made our multi-family getaway enjoyable. The pool was lovely, although the heater seemed to be out of order. The cooler weather led us to prefer the hot tub, which was a nice treat! The guest studios near the pool offer a cozy level of privacy but are a bit on the small side. Being an older property, be prepared for some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning as expected; the freezer barely chilled, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and keep in mind there's only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, which might be a concern for those with mobility challenges, especially as there is no bath or shower available on that level. Nonetheless, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially when costs are shared among families.
Fantastic location, though the building has seen better days. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some furniture pieces are in need of repair, as the leather is starting to peel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay—it's a cozy spot in a great area, even if it has its imperfections.
