This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or close friends, the flexibility of the bed setup—from twins to a king—is a definite plus. Its central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring all the appliances you need, and the bathroom renovations include nice little details like a dimmer switch for ambiance. We enjoyed the ceiling fans alongside the effective air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. The closet is well-organized with plenty of space for our belongings. We appreciated the convenient access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking. Kevin, our host, was quick to respond and addressed a couple of small concerns efficiently. All in all, this guesthouse met all our expectations, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. I had great communication with Kevin throughout my stay. However, I did notice that the building could use some updates; the carpets definitely need a deep clean and a few pieces of furniture are showing their age with some peeling. Overall, I enjoyed my time here—very comfortable and convenient spot, just a few minor issues to address.
