The famous island of Palm Beach with its pristine beaches and other popular points of interest (such as Worth Avenue, Flagler Museum, The Breakers Hotel) are 5 - 10 minutes driving distance. The cottage is also a quick walk to Howard Park and restaurants such as Table 26, Grato and Bedners Farmers Market as well as Grandview Public Market.Please note that the owners live in the main house and have 2 friendly dogs. As a result, pets are not permitted in this rental. In addition, no children under the age of 12 are permited in this property.Please note that parties, receptions, or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed.
