The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I can't express how wonderful it was to interact with them. The property was very cozy, perfect for multiple guests with its two en suite bedrooms and a lovely living room area. It was peaceful and provided a great atmosphere for rest.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The location is excellent and the neighborhood feels very safe, making it perfect for our family gathering. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we made the most of it and enjoyed the hot tub instead. The guest studios by the pool offered a nice touch of privacy for our group, even though they were on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house does show some signs of age, but it has its own charm. Unfortunately, the fridge and freezer situation could use some attention, as we found the freezer wasn't very cold at all. The stairs were a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the floor level, I wouldn’t recommend this for those with limited mobility. However, for the value and especially if you're sharing expenses across families, it’s a solid choice in this area.
We booked this place for a work trip and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided us with additional privacy and each had their own bathroom, which was fantastic. The pool area was a wonderful perk; it’s nestled among the trees, so we did have to use the provided nets to keep it clean, but we thoroughly enjoyed a swim when the weather cooperated. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool added a tranquil vibe in the evenings. The neighborhood is serene and feels very secure. We even took evening strolls to the local Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of dining options and bars, plus easy access to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would certainly consider returning whenever it's available.

This property was the perfect venue for our family reunion. I highly suggest booking here, but do check that the pool is clean prior to your stay. We unfortunately had to skip our planned day in the backyard because the pool wasn't in the best condition and required treatment. The property manager has since addressed the issue with the pool service. The host was fantastic, always quick to respond and very helpful. Truly a wonderful experience!
