Fantastic location for an Airbnb, the apartment is quite roomy. While there are a few minor tweaks needed, we were very pleased with our extended visit. The location is perfect, with a good parking space, a nice gym, and a large swimming pool that offers breathtaking sunset views every evening.

Working with Kevin was a wonderful experience! He was exceptionally helpful and incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The accommodation was very cozy, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area that made it perfect for our group. It was peaceful and provided a great atmosphere for restful nights.

The location was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt cramped, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. I was fortunate to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space seemed unreasonable. I hope the pricing is adjusted and that more facilities are added in the future.

This guesthouse is an excellent find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for individuals, couples, or even friends traveling together since the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king. The location is fantastic, with plenty to explore nearby. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been updated and features nice little extras like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room help maintain a comfortable temperature in addition to the great air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with racks and bars, making storage easy. You'll have access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is convenient. Kevin, our host, was quick to respond and handled a few minor concerns we had promptly and effectively. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily book with Kevin again.
