We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, thinking we could grab some lunch before our check-in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, when we reached out at that time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still on-site. After waiting until almost 5:50 PM, we checked in again but received no updates. It wasn't until 7:02 PM that we got a response, but we were left waiting until about 7:45 PM to finally access the property. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until approximately 9:30 PM, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, they had left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger just sitting in the kitchen for the entirety of our stay. There was no apology from the host or any effort to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a refund for the delays and inconveniences, I was told that the owner would need to be consulted but never heard back from anyone. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t consider booking this place again.
Our work trip here was fantastic! The accommodation offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided additional privacy and each had their own bathroom, which was very convenient. The pool area was a lovely addition, though it did require some cleaning with the nets due to the surrounding trees. Nevertheless, we enjoyed swimming when the weather was nice, and the soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took leisurely walks to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Plus, the location is great, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would certainly choose to stay here again if it's available in the future.

Even though the building is quite large, they took the time to give me a quick tour which made settling in easy. The condo itself is very roomy for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

Although the building is quite sizable, the host provided a thorough tour, making it easy to settle in. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotlessly clean.
