We arrived by plane around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, upon arriving, we were informed there would be a delay as the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any update, we inquired again. Another hour passed with no communication, and we finally got in at approximately 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 pm. Additionally, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I even asked for a partial refund due to the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but I was told they would have to consult the owners, and I've yet to hear back. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt safe, making it perfect for our family gathering. The pool area was enjoyable, although the heater wasn’t functioning, making the water a bit chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool offered a nice touch of privacy, despite being on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of age to be aware of. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer—the freezer hardly kept anything frozen, leading to a bit of disappointment with melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with just one bedroom on the main level, it might not be the best fit for those with mobility concerns, especially since there’s no shower or bath on that floor. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area, especially when shared among multiple families.

Kevin truly deserves all five stars for his outstanding service. Unfortunately, the unit had a couple of issues that were beyond his control. One of the bathroom faucets was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels weren't the best quality. The owner should definitely consider replacing them.

Kevin is fantastic! He was incredibly supportive and friendly throughout our stay. I can't express enough how pleasant it was to communicate with him. The accommodation was very cozy, perfect for a small group, with two private en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area. It was peaceful and provided a great environment for restful sleep.

We had an incredible three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a quick five-minute drive, and some places were even within walking distance from where we were staying. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of safety, which we truly appreciated. This charming property is a century-old home, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana area in the backyard—perfect for relaxing. The additional 'casitas' were fantastic for our large group. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and eager to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. The only minor issues we found were that the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best. However, these small things didn't overshadow what was an amazing experience overall. A fantastic option for anyone traveling with a large group looking for a prime location in West Palm!
