This Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every second. The location couldn't be better; it's less than 10 minutes from the airport without any of the noise, just a quick 2-minute stroll to lots of shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's just a 15-minute walk to Clematis, where you can find amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You truly don’t need a car to explore the area. The host was superb and made our stay seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, they arranged for someone to fix it right away, and everything was handled promptly. The Airbnb was cozy, spacious, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was manageable. They have multiple listings and are incredibly reliable and considerate. We highly recommend this property and the host's other listings to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The host was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out to me from the moment I landed. The building is quite spacious, but the host provided a thorough tour, making everything easy to navigate. The condo is more than adequate for one or two guests; it’s very well-maintained, everything functions perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
We had a wonderful time at this property! The location was excellent, situated in a secure neighborhood which allowed our families to relax comfortably. The space was perfect for our multi-family getaway. While the pool was lovely, we discovered the heater wasn’t functioning, making it a bit chilly for swimming. Fortunately, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite nice. The guest studios near the pool are compact, but they offered the privacy we needed. Keep in mind that the house shows some signs of age, so don’t expect everything to be brand new. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer didn’t get cold enough, and we found our ice had melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main level which might not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns, as there isn't a bath or shower in that area. Overall, it was a good value for what we spent, especially when splitting costs among several families.

The neighborhood offered a tranquil atmosphere, and we felt secure while walking to the nearby Publix for supplies. The location couldn't be better, just a short stroll to Clematis St and City Place, filled with various dining and nightlife options, plus the beach was within easy reach. The property manager was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would absolutely consider returning to this gem if it’s available again.
