I had an excellent experience! Kevin was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The accommodations were perfect for our group, featuring two en suite bedrooms and a cozy living room area. It offered a peaceful atmosphere that was ideal for restful nights.

Fantastic host who made our stay very enjoyable.
The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, only fitting a double bed, a couch, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and amenities, the price felt unjustifiably high. I’m thankful for the 100% refund policy of Airbnb, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seems excessive. I hope more reasonable pricing and improved amenities are offered in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! It was the perfect setting for a family reunion, allowing everyone to stay together comfortably. I would definitely recommend this place, just be aware to check on the pool's cleanliness before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool wasn't in great shape and needed some attention. But the issue was promptly addressed by the management. Mike, the host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Truly a fantastic experience!

I would give Kevin a solid five stars based solely on his hospitality. Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that were out of his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin took care of it promptly. Also, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels could definitely be upgraded. The owner might want to think about replacing those.

David was an incredible host. He communicated promptly, showed genuine care for our stay, and was very welcoming. I will definitely rebook in the future.
The location is fantastic, truly the highlight of our stay. The building does show some signs of age, though. Communication with Kevin was top-notch, which I really appreciated. I noticed that the carpets could use a good clean and some of the furniture is in need of attention, with a few pieces having peeling leather. Despite these issues, I felt quite comfortable during our visit and would recommend it for the convenience and overall experience.
We had an amazing time! The town is charming and full of friendly locals.
