This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for an individual, a couple, or two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated, complete with a stove, fridge, and modern countertop. The bathroom also features thoughtful updates, including a dimmer switch for optimal lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with efficient air conditioning, staying comfortable is a breeze. The closet is well-designed with ample storage solutions. Guests also have access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking, accommodating needs for larger groups if required. Kevin, our host, was quick to respond and helped resolve a couple of small issues graciously. Overall, the accommodation met all our needs, and we would happily book with Kevin again.
