The rental is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room is small, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't working during my stay, and the kitchen was not equipped with the essentials. Given the location and amenities, the price feels quite steep. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policies, but paying over $300 for what was offered seems excessive. I hope they can offer a more reasonable price and improve the facilities in the future.
