The location is fantastic, yet the property itself could use some updates. I appreciated Kevin's prompt responses and helpfulness throughout our stay. The carpets could really benefit from a thorough cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are showing their age with some wear and tear. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy environment, though it's not without its imperfections.

We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! It’s in a prime location with convenient parking and our host was fantastic. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks and various shops and live music spots. The furniture, like the couch, shows some wear, but it didn’t detract from our experience at all. The view from the window and the sliding glass door truly made it all worthwhile.
