Kevin is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond for his guests. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and provided fantastic support, especially during the busy DWD period. The studio was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Access to the swimming pool was an added bonus, helping me unwind after long hours on my feet. I won't hesitate to return!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this rental! Brian was an amazing host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to assist guests like myself who needed last-minute accommodations during the event. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed using the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long days. We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for three weeks, and it was an incredible experience. The location could not be better. As newcomers to West Palm Beach, we are so happy we picked this area. Everything we wanted to see was only a five-minute drive away, and some spots were even walkable from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, and we were pleasantly surprised by how close we were to all the attractions. This charming Airbnb is a century-old house, and the pool area along with the cabana were standout features. The two additional 'casitas' were especially handy given our large group. Kevin was very quick to respond to our inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. My only suggestions would be to update the washer/dryer and consider swapping out the pillows for something more comfortable. Otherwise, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a big group looking for prime accommodation in West Palm.
We had our original reservation canceled unexpectedly, but luckily we found this property. Emily was extremely quick to respond and helped us secure a booking in under a day. She greeted us at the house, showed us around, and offered her assistance for anything we might need during our stay. She also provided fantastic recommendations for local beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Mark was a fantastic host. He went out of his way to help us with our last-minute reservation after we had to evacuate due to the hurricane.

What an amazing experience! Kevin truly goes above and beyond as a host. He was quick to reply, very attentive to our needs, and had such a warm personality. I’d definitely love to stay here again.
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It had plenty of space for all of us, though we did notice a few minor things—like the hot tub could use a good clean and some of the flooring on the main level seems a bit worn out. Overall, it matched the description well and we had no significant problems. Definitely would consider staying here again!
