I had to make a last-minute trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right from the moment I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a great tour so I felt at home quickly. The condo offers plenty of room for one or two guests, everything was in good working order, and it was impeccably clean.
The host was excellent, always available to assist and answer any questions I had. Their dedication to accommodating everyone during the DWD event was truly impressive. The studio was beautifully designed and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a great perk, especially for relaxing my legs after long days. I would definitely return to this property!
We had a fantastic time during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 12. The house was immaculate and just as shown in the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we had on our list! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. This place was absolutely ideal for our trip!
The location was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price compared to the location and the limited facilities, it felt quite unreasonable. I'm grateful for the 100% refund policy from Airbnb, as the $300+ rate was excessive for what was provided. I hope the owner considers offering a more reasonable rate and upgrading the amenities in the future.
The property manager was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us with our last-minute reservation because of the hurricane evacuation.
If it were just about the host, I would give a full five stars without hesitation, as they were incredibly accommodating. However, there were a few issues with the unit that need addressing. One of the bathroom faucets was malfunctioning, but the host quickly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren’t up to par. I suggest the owner consider upgrading them for future guests.

As first-time visitors, we were thrilled to find that everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, with many spots even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security. This charming Airbnb is a century-old residence, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' are a fantastic feature for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The property could benefit from an updated washer/dryer and some more comfortable pillows, but overall, this is an excellent choice for large groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.
What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed and more. It has convenient parking and the host was incredibly accommodating. Everything we wanted, from coffee shops to shopping and music venues, was just a short stroll away. Although some aspects of the furniture show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the sliding door made us quickly overlook any imperfections.
