Our stay here for a work trip was fantastic! The house had ample space with cozy, spotless beds, making it feel like a home away from home. We particularly appreciated the two cottage rooms in the rear, which provided everyone their own private bathrooms. The pool area was a delightful bonus; it was surrounded by lush trees, and while we did have to use the nets to keep it tidy, we enjoyed swimming on the warm days. The soothing sound of the waterfall in the pool was a lovely backdrop at night too. The neighborhood offered a tranquil atmosphere, making us feel secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Plus, being so close to Clematis St and City Place with an array of bars, restaurants, and the beach was a huge advantage. Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would absolutely love to return if it’s available again in the future.

This guesthouse is an excellent find in the pricey short-term rental market of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king-size. The location is quite convenient, making it easy to explore WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom also features recent renovations, including thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. You'll appreciate the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with top-notch air conditioning. The closet is well-equipped with plenty of storage solutions. There's shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking that is shared with the main house, which is also available for rent if you need extra space. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor issues efficiently. Overall, this property met our needs, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin in the future.

Mark was a fantastic host throughout our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and he was quick to reply to any questions we had. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. Our experience with Kevin as our host was outstanding. The check-in procedure was seamless, and he was always quick to respond to any questions we had. This Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! We spent an entire month here and loved every second. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute journey from the airport (yet so quiet), only a 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and local eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it’s a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you can find fantastic dining options and the best farmers market every weekend. You really don’t need a car to explore the surrounding area. Kevin was a fantastic host, making everything effortless for us. Whenever we had a small issue, he promptly sent someone over to resolve it. The place itself is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made everything easy for us. He has several listings and is clearly trustworthy and responsible. We highly recommend this property as well as Kevin's other places!
This place was perfect for our weekend getaway – a spacious area for a group of friends. We did notice a few small issues, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor that could use fixing. However, everything else matched the listing accurately, and we had a great time overall. Would definitely consider staying here again.

What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment was everything we needed and more. The convenience of having parking was a huge plus, and the host was incredibly welcoming. It's just a short walk to Starbucks, shops, and entertainment options including live music. Yes, the couch shows some signs of wear, but the stunning view from the window makes you forget all about that. Highly recommend staying here!
