What a fantastic host! You can really tell they are dedicated to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. There are so many positive aspects to mention!

We had an amazing stay with a group of 11 for my friend's bachelorette getaway! The house was spotless and looked just like in the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to explore. Kevin was very attentive and always available to assist us! Highly recommend this spot!

This guesthouse is a fantastic choice amid the often inflated rates of West Palm Beach rentals. It's cozy and well-suited for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, as the bed can be converted into two twins or a king. The location is perfect for accessing various attractions in WPB. The kitchen is newly renovated with modern appliances including a stove, fridge, and stylish new sink and countertops. The bathroom has also been updated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for mood lighting. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere alongside the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is also shared with the other rental property if you need extra room. Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a couple of minor concerns effectively. Overall, the property met our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

This place was fantastic! It felt very cozy and the location couldn't have been better. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely return for another stay. One thing to note is that the apartment looked a bit different from the photos, but it wasn't an issue at all.

If it were purely based on Kevin's hospitality, he would definitely earn all five stars. Unfortunately, the property itself had a few issues that weren't his responsibility. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner, and the towels provided were a bit worn out. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
