Our stay here for work was fantastic! The spacious rooms offered ample comfort and cleanliness, making it a pleasure to unwind after a long day. The two cottage rooms out back were ideal, providing everyone with their own bathroom and that extra bit of privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area; while we had to use the nets to keep it tidy due to the nearby trees, we still made the most of it when the weather cooperated. The gentle sound of the waterfall added a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we appreciated being able to stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Its location was perfect, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where we found plenty of dining and entertainment options, plus easy access to the beach. Kevin, our host, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would certainly love to return if there's availability in the future!

I had an excellent experience with Kevin as my host. He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to address my questions and needs. His help in accommodating last-minute requests for the DWD event was truly remarkable. The studio itself is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for soothing my tired legs after a long day. I look forward to returning in the future!

The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though the heater wasn't operational. It ended up being chilly, so we took advantage of the hot tub which was a lovely alternative! The smaller guest studios by the pool are ideal for those needing a bit of separation. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were having issues; the freezer didn't get cold enough, resulting in some melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, I'd advise against it for anyone who has trouble with mobility. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the main house’s lower level. Overall, the cost was reasonable, especially when shared among several families.

I had to make a quick business trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for the month. Kevin was incredibly flexible and made sure to stay in touch with me from the moment I landed. The building itself is quite sizable, but Kevin provided a thorough tour, which made settling in easy. The condo is very spacious for solo travelers or couples, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotlessly clean.

We had an amazing time at this house for our bachelorette getaway with 11 friends! The property was just as advertised – spotless and spacious. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we were interested in exploring. Kevin was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, hoping to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4 PM. However, when we returned at that time, we were informed that the maids were still busy and the check-in would be delayed. After checking in again at 5:49 PM, we received no updates and had to follow up again at 7:02 PM. Finally, we got access around 7:45 PM only to discover ongoing repairs from a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which involved workers tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen during our entire stay. There was no apology or any effort to rectify the situation on their part. I even inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues but was told someone would get back to me, which they never did. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

What a charming place in a wonderful neighborhood! The check-in experience was seamless thanks to Kevin's help.
The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and facilities, the price seemed unjustifiable. Thankfully, I received a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 felt excessive for what was offered. I hope they can propose more reasonable rates and enhance the amenities in the future.
