Entire rental unit. Spacious Serene Home with Charm

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It was ideal for our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space. The two guest houses were a wonderful addition, allowing us to enjoy some privacy while still being together. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided perfect opportunities for memorable photos. The location was unbeatable, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach. The host was very attentive and quick to assist us with any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for large gatherings!

We arrived at the property after a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, thinking we could enjoy a quick lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived, we learned that the cleaning crew was still working, and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired again and received no response. By 7:02 pm, we were still in the dark, and it wasn't until nearly 7:45 pm that we finally got into the unit. Upon entry, we discovered that there was an ongoing issue in the downstairs bathroom where workers were tiling the floor due to a leak. They were cutting tiles until around 9:30 pm, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, we found a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology from the host or any effort to remedy the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and issues we faced, but was told the owner would have to be contacted, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.

We had a fantastic time staying at this spacious property for our weekend getaway. While there were some minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a good clean and a few cracks in the main floor, everything else was pretty much as advertised. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider booking again.
