This guesthouse is a fantastic choice amidst the often pricey rental market in West Palm Beach. It offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, making it perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can either be arranged as twins or a king. The central location is ideal for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The fully renovated kitchen is impressive, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. Likewise, the bathroom has been updated with thoughtful amenities, including a dimmer switch for a relaxed vibe. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room add a nice touch to the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-equipped with plenty of hanging space and shelves, providing excellent organization. We also appreciated the convenience of shared access to a washer and dryer along with off-street parking. The owner was very responsive and promptly addressed a couple of minor concerns we had. All in all, this property met our expectations well, and I would definitely consider renting again in the future.

We had an absolutely DYNAMIC stay here and were thrilled to find this gem available at the last minute. The apartment offers convenient parking and the owner was incredibly accommodating. It's just a short stroll to essential spots like a nearby Starbucks, shopping areas, and local music venues. While some aspects of the furnishings, like the couch, show signs of use, the stunning view from the window and sliding door easily overshadow any minor imperfections.
The owner was incredibly quick to respond to our inquiries and made sure all our needs were met, which isn't an easy task when hosting a group of 16. Effective communication is key when staying at an Airbnb, and the owner excelled in this regard. The property matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was that the oven wasn't functional; however, the owner quickly assessed the situation. We managed fine without it since our trip was mainly for a wedding and we weren't planning to cook large meals. We truly valued our interactions with the owner and appreciated the unexpected thoughtful touches they provided. A big thanks for making our stay enjoyable! We will certainly look for other properties managed by them in the future.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! We spent a month here and loved every second of it. The location is fantastic—just a short drive of under 10 minutes from the airport with absolutely no noise disturbances. Plus, you're just a quick 2-minute stroll from a variety of shops and eateries, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. It’s also a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clematis Street, where we found outstanding restaurants and the best farmers market each Saturday. A car isn’t necessary to enjoy the surrounding area. The host was exceptionally accommodating and made the entire process seamless. Whenever we encountered an issue, help was on the way almost immediately, and everything was resolved in no time. The space itself was comfortable and roomy, equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area provided a lovely spot to unwind. We even had a mix-up with our checkout date, but the host went above and beyond to ensure the situation was handled without any stress. With multiple properties listed, this host shows incredible reliability and care. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host’s other listings to anyone looking for a great stay!
We arrived at the property after our flight, expecting to check in at 4:00 pm. However, when we got there, the host informed us that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer than anticipated. After several inquiries, we finally gained access around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was ongoing maintenance due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and tile work was being done until late in the evening. Unfortunately, the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen, which was quite off-putting. We didn't receive any apologies from the host nor any offers to address our concerns or compensation for the delays. Overall, our experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t consider renting from this host again.

Our stay for my sister's bachelorette party was absolutely fantastic! This property was perfect for our group of 13, providing us with ample bedrooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space. The two guest houses allowed for a nice separation while still keeping us close. We loved the beautiful outdoor area, which offered plenty of opportunities for memorable photos. The location was ideal—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!
This place was perfect for our group weekend getaway! It offered plenty of space for all of us. We did notice a few minor things, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level. However, everything else matched the description accurately and we had a great time overall. Would definitely consider staying here again.
