Delightful 1-Bedroom Cottage in Quaint Northwood District

Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He went out of his way to assist us and was incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The accommodation was very cozy, perfect for a small group, with two private en suite bedrooms and a spacious living area. It provided a peaceful environment that was perfect for a good night's sleep.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends with its versatile bedding arrangement that can either be two singles or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom is also modernized and includes thoughtful amenities like a dimmer for the lights. Ceiling fans complement the efficient air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area to keep things comfortable. The closet is well-organized with plenty of space for your belongings. Plus, there's access to a washer and dryer, shared with the main house where there’s additional rental space if needed. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues promptly and cheerfully. All in all, this place met our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Kevin again.

I had to plan a spontaneous work trip to West Palm and was in need of a comfortable place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and kept in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite sizable, Kevin provided a thorough tour that helped me settle in quickly. The condo was roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless.

The two cottage rooms in the back were a great addition, giving everyone their own bathrooms and extra room to relax. The pool area was lovely; it’s surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the nets to keep it clean, but it was still wonderful to swim on the sunny days. The gentle sound of the waterfall in the evenings was incredibly soothing. We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood and even enjoyed some evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location was ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach isn't far at all. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would gladly return in the future if it's available!
