We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this rental and it exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice of neighborhood. Almost everything we wanted to explore was just a short drive away, and many spots were even within walking distance. The area felt peaceful and secure, which made our experience even more enjoyable. This charming rental is a century-old home, featuring a lovely pool and a cabana that we absolutely loved. The two separate 'casitas' were ideal for accommodating our larger group. The owner was incredibly responsive and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. A couple of improvements, like updating the washer/dryer and providing better pillows, would enhance the overall experience, but overall, this is a fantastic place for larger groups seeking a prime location in West Palm Beach.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently located in the heart of the city, and offered ample space for everyone to relax.
We arrived on an afternoon flight expecting to have lunch and check-in by 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived, the host informed us that the maids were still cleaning, and our check-in would be delayed. After several follow-ups, we finally got access around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor well into the evening. To make matters worse, they left used fixtures like a toilet and sink in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience, and when I asked about possible compensation for the late check-in and the issues we faced, the host mentioned they’d need to consult with the owners but never followed up. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations and I wouldn't consider booking again.
The owner was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute reservation because we had to evacuate due to the hurricane.
I would give the host a solid five stars for their hospitality, but there were a few issues with the unit that impacted my stay. There was a faucet that was malfunctioning in one of the bathrooms, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. I also felt that the towels provided were not up to par and should be upgraded for future guests.
