We had a fantastic stay! Kevin was incredibly attentive to every question we had, which made our experience so much smoother, especially with a group of 16. His communication was top-notch, a crucial aspect for any Airbnb rental. The house was just as described, but the oven didn't function, which Kevin promptly investigated when we mentioned it. Luckily, the stovetop was working fine, and since we were only there for a wedding, it didn't affect us too much. We really valued our interaction with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful touches he provided that caught us by surprise - a massive thank you to him! We'll certainly consider booking with him again in the future.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our time. The location couldn't have been better. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we needed was just a quick drive away, and we even found some places within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a nice bonus. This Airbnb is a charming century-old home. The pool and cabana area out back are incredible, and the addition of the two casitas was perfect for our large group. Kevin was very attentive and ensured that our stay was fantastic. If I had to mention a couple of improvements, a new washer/dryer and more comfortable pillows would be nice, but overall, this is a fantastic spot for anyone visiting West Palm with a big group.

I can't say enough about how quickly Kevin responded to all our inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests isn't an easy task, but he handled it like a pro! His communication skills truly made a difference in our stay. The house matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which Kevin promptly assessed as broken when he came by. Thankfully, the stovetop was fine, and since we were primarily in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook anything elaborate. We genuinely appreciated Kevin's attentiveness and the unexpected thoughtful touches he provided. A massive thank you to him! I will definitely consider booking more properties he oversees in the future.
