Elegant Single-Level 3-Bedroom Residence Featuring Contemporary Upgrades - Ideal Premium Setting

We had a fantastic time at this property! It served as the perfect gathering place for our family get-together. I highly recommend booking here, but it’s wise to check that the pool is in good condition before you arrive. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue because the pool was a bit cloudy and needed maintenance. Thankfully, the issue was quickly addressed by the pool service. Our host, Gary, was incredibly helpful and always available for questions. Truly a wonderful host!

We had an amazing month-long stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without the usual noise, a quick stroll to an array of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, which features fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You honestly don't need a car to explore and enjoy the area. Kevin was a fantastic host, always making sure that our stay was seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he promptly sent someone to assist, and it was handled right away. The space itself is spacious and had all the amenities we required. The residents in the building were incredibly friendly, and we loved relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. With multiple properties he manages, you can definitely count on his professionalism and reliability. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and any of Kevin's other listings!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! With enough space for our group of 13, the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms made it feel very comfortable. The two separate guest houses gave us the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor area was absolutely beautiful, providing a wonderful backdrop for photos. Plus, being just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach was a huge bonus! The host was extremely attentive and supportive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a gathering with a larger group!

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, taking me over half an hour to walk there or just about 5 minutes by car. The room itself was on the smaller side, with just one bed for two people, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working during my stay, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the price of over $300, I found it to be quite unreasonable for what the space offered. Thankfully, I received a full refund as per Airbnb policy. I hope the price is adjusted and that additional amenities are provided for future guests.
