We arrived in the afternoon, around 1:00 pm, expecting to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, which resulted in a delay. We continued to wait, and after several inquiries, we finally got access to the property around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was ongoing maintenance in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, and workers were still laying tiles until late in the evening. They left the used toilet and sink in the kitchen, which was quite frustrating. We didn’t receive any kind of apology or attempts to rectify the situation. I requested some compensation for the inconvenience, but the response was vague and I never got a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I doubt I would choose this rental again.
We arrived way past 9 PM due to unexpected issues at our previous Airbnb, but fortunately, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and welcomed us with open arms. Despite the late hour, he ensured everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better last-minute solution!

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm. We were pleasantly surprised to find that most places were just a quick 5-minute drive away, and several spots were even within walking distance from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure, plus it was convenient to everything we wanted to explore. This charming property is a century-old home, and we loved the fantastic pool and cabana area out back. The two 'casitas' were a great addition for our large group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. While I think the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a bigger group who wants to be in the heart of West Palm.

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be arranged as either two twins or a king. The location is conveniently situated close to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and new countertops and sink. The bathroom has also received a makeover, featuring some nice touches like a dimmer switch. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans to enhance comfort along with the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample storage options. Plus, there's a shared washer and dryer available, as well as off-street parking, which is handy. Our host, Kevin, was prompt in addressing any concerns we had and was very helpful throughout our stay. All in all, this property met our needs wonderfully and we’d definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

We had a great time at this spacious place for our weekend getaway. There were a few minor issues, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level, but overall it matched the description perfectly and didn't cause any major problems. Definitely considering booking again for our next trip!
