We had a fantastic time with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway! The house was just as described – spotless and spacious. It was only a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. The host was really attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions. A wonderful choice for a fun trip!
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. When we got to the property at the scheduled time, we were informed that check-in would be delayed because the cleaning crew was still working. We waited, and at around 5:49 PM, we inquired about the status but received no reply. By 7:02 PM, we still hadn’t heard anything, so we asked for an update again and were told they'd get back to us. Unfortunately, it wasn't until approximately 7:45 PM that we could finally enter the rental. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were in the middle of tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until around 9:30 PM, and we were left with a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology for the inconvenience, and when I asked about possible compensation for the delayed check-in and issues we faced, I was told the host would need to discuss it with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't choose to rent from this property again.
I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and was in search of a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly flexible and reached out right after I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the owner provided an informative tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, very spacious and well-maintained. Everything functioned perfectly and the cleanliness was impressive.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this charming Airbnb and absolutely loved our stay. The location couldn’t be better; as first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice. Everything we needed was just a quick 5-minute drive away, and some spots were even a pleasant walk from the rental. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe, which was a bonus. This rental is a beautiful century-old home, and we adored the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were a fantastic feature for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was enjoyable. While a new washer/dryer and improved pillows would enhance the comfort, this place is truly remarkable for anyone visiting West Palm with a big group.

Getting to local bars and restaurants was easy with a quick Uber ride! The host was very attentive and always ready to assist. This was definitely an ideal spot for our getaway!
This spacious place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While there were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub being in need of a good clean and some cracked flooring on the main level, everything else matched the description closely and we had no significant problems. I would definitely consider booking this property again.
