Fantastic location for this Airbnb with plenty of room to spread out. While it could use a few minor updates, we were really pleased with our extended visit. It's ideally situated, and the parking was a breeze. The gym is great, plus the large swimming pool offers a stunning view of the sunset each evening.
We arrived on our flight around 1:00 pm and were looking forward to checking in at 4:00 pm after grabbing a bite to eat. However, when we returned at 4:00, we found that the cleaning crew was still working and were informed there would be a delay. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update with no response, we checked back at 7:02 pm. We finally got access to the property around 7:45 pm, only to discover ongoing renovations due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom. The contractors were busy tiling the floor and still cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, and left the old toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a potential refund for the inconvenience, but was told they needed to consult with the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, we were quite disappointed and wouldn’t consider booking again.

Our work trip at this property was fantastic! The spacious rooms and comfy beds provided a great night's sleep. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own privacy with separate bathrooms. We loved the pool area, which had a peaceful setting among the trees. While we did have to use the nets provided to clean it occasionally, we enjoyed the refreshing swims during the sunny days. The sound of the waterfall added to the relaxing atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was serene and very safe, and we even took a pleasant evening stroll to the nearby Publix. Its location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found numerous bars and restaurants, not to mention the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we reached out. We would absolutely love to return here in the future!
