Five two-bedroom, two-bathroom units within one structure

We had an incredible three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better—ideal for our first trip to West Palm. Everything we wanted to explore was within a short five-minute drive, and we even found some spots that were a pleasant stroll away. The neighborhood felt very tranquil and secure, which was a big plus for us. This charming home, which has stood for over a century, really adds to the character of our stay. The backyard pool and cabana were wonderful, and having the two additional 'casitas' made it perfect for our group. Kevin was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and willing to go above and beyond to ensure our experience was delightful. The only minor issues were that the washer/dryer could use updating and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but overall, this place is a fantastic choice for large groups wanting to enjoy the best of West Palm.

Working with Kevin was a wonderful experience! He is incredibly accommodating and truly caring. The accommodation itself was very cozy, ideal for a small group with its two private en suite bedrooms and a lovely living area. It provided a peaceful atmosphere, which made for great nights of rest.

What a fantastic find! We managed to book this gem at the last minute and it turned out to be just what we needed. The apartment comes with parking, a very accommodating host, and is conveniently located within walking distance to all the essentials. Starbucks is just a 2-minute stroll away, along with great shopping and live music. While some of the furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the views from the windows and sliding glass door make you forget about those little imperfections.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the usually pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, as the bed can easily be configured as two twins or a king. The location is really convenient for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a range, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom renovations include some thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help keep things breezy along with a strong AC unit. The closet is well-designed with shelves and hanging space, providing ample storage. Plus, there’s a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking available; the main house is also a rental if you need more room. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of small issues swiftly and positively. Overall, this property met all our needs and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

Our work trip to this property was fantastic! The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our group, and the beds were both cozy and immaculate. The two cottage rooms at the back offered us extra privacy and were equipped with their own bathrooms, which was super convenient. We enjoyed the pool area as well; although it had some leaves from the nearby trees, we appreciated the nets that were available for cleaning. Swimming in the warm evening was a delightful experience, especially with the soothing sound of the waterfall. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We even took a leisurely stroll to Publix one night. The location is great, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where you’ll find a multitude of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach. Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would absolutely love to return if the opportunity arises!
