Mediterranean-Inspired 3-Bedroom Oasis in West Palm Beach Featuring Poolside Serenity and Prime Location

The property was considerably farther from the convention center than it appeared on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room was a bit cramped, with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the available facilities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space felt unreasonable. I hope they consider adjusting the pricing and enhancing the amenities in the future.

I had a wonderful time at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large group, centrally located, and offered ample room for everyone to relax.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and it was an amazing experience. The location couldn't have been better for our first trip to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to see was within a quick five-minute drive, and several attractions were within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, making it a great place to unwind. This charming Airbnb is housed in a century-old home, and we absolutely loved the pool along with the cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were very handy for accommodating our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our stay was just right. The property could benefit from a new washer and dryer, and the pillows could definitely be upgraded, but overall, this is an excellent choice for larger groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

Kevin was an exceptional host, always quick to address any inquiries or requests I had. He went above and beyond to assist numerous guests looking for last-minute accommodations during the DWD event, tailoring his support to each person's needs. The studio itself was beautifully designed and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours of standing. I’m definitely planning to return!
