The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it ideal for our family getaway. We really appreciated the spaciousness, which comfortably accommodated multiple families. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't operational, but the hot tub was a wonderful alternative. Although the guest studios near the pool are compact, they provide a great sense of privacy when needed. Being an older property, there are some signs of wear that come with age. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer barely functioned, leaving us without ice since everything melted. The stairs can be a bit challenging, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so I'd recommend this property with caution for anyone who might have trouble with mobility. There’s no bath or shower in the downstairs area of the main house. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the location when shared among several families.

Unfortunately, I couldn't make my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly issued my refund. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness during this stressful time.

Upon arrival, they greeted us in person, provided a thorough tour of the home, and made it clear that we could contact them for anything we needed. Their recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic stay!
