I had to make a last-minute business trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The owner was extremely helpful and reached out right after I landed. The building is quite expansive, but the owner took the time to show me around, making me feel right at home. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, well-equipped, and impeccably clean.
The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure. It was perfect for our family reunion with plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Although the pool was a bit chilly due to a non-functional heater, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was lovely! The guest suites near the pool are cozy and provide a nice sense of privacy if needed. Keep in mind that the property is a bit older, so you'll notice some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't performing well; the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be tricky, and there is only one bedroom on the main level, so it might not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Keep in mind there's no bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, it's reasonably priced for the location, especially if you're sharing costs with other families.
We had a great time at this spacious rental for our weekend getaway. There were a few minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a thorough clean and some flooring cracks on the main level. However, everything else met our expectations and we didn’t face any major problems. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The owner of this property was incredibly accommodating, and the apartment itself was spotless. It had a lovely design and was very organized without any unnecessary items lying around. My mother had a delightful experience here and couldn’t stop raving about it.
Our stay here for a work trip was fantastic! The house offered ample space with comfortable and pristine beds. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving everyone their own bathroom, which was a great feature. The pool area was delightful; it was surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the provided nets occasionally, but we still enjoyed swimming in it on pleasant days. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool added a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even enjoyed an evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, which have a variety of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would love to return in the future if the property is available!
The owner was exceptional and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly well-organized. My mother stayed here and she was thrilled with her experience.
