We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and really enjoyed our visit. The location couldn’t be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our decision on this area. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a short 5-minute drive away, and quite a few spots were even an easy stroll from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to everything. This charming Airbnb is a century-old property, and we loved the pool and cabana area out back. The two adjoining 'casitas' are fantastic, especially for larger groups. Kevin was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be more comfortable, overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a large group who wants to be in the heart of West Palm.

Michael is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. He has been incredibly helpful, particularly for those of us who were in need of last-minute lodging during DWD, customizing arrangements to fit our requirements. The studio itself is beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus and really helped me unwind after long days on my feet. I'm definitely looking forward to returning!

Kevin truly went above and beyond - incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. I can't emphasize enough how pleasant he made the experience. The accommodation was perfect for our group, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a cozy living area. It offered a peaceful environment that was ideal for restful nights.
We arrived in the afternoon around 1 PM and planned to grab a bite before checking in at 4 PM. However, when we arrived at 4 PM, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working and it would take a bit longer. We checked in again at 5:49 PM but received no updates. After more waiting until 7:02 PM, we asked again and were told they would keep us posted. Ultimately, we didn't get into the property until nearly 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered ongoing repairs due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, with workers finishing the tiling. They were cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM, and left a used toilet, sink, and even a plunger in the kitchen for the entire duration of our stay. There was no apology or effort to make amends for these inconveniences. I inquired about receiving a refund for the late check-in and other issues but was told someone would have to check with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a letdown, and I would hesitate to book with them again.
