Charming West Palm Beach Studio Apartment in Prime Location, Available for Short-Term Rentals Under 30 Days

This Airbnb offers a fantastic location with a roomy apartment that fit our needs perfectly. Although there are minor areas for enhancement, we were quite pleased with our extended visit. It's ideally situated, includes a nice parking option, a gym, and an enormous swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The entire experience was seamless thanks to Kevin. Even with our delayed flight, he patiently awaited our arrival and graciously showed us around the property. We truly appreciate all your help!

During our three-week stay, Kevin was incredibly attentive and supportive. The location was also very convenient for our needs.

Our stay here for business was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious, and we found the beds to be super comfy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were excellent for giving everyone their own space with their own bathrooms. The pool area was delightful, tucked among the trees, and while we used the nets provided to keep it clean, we thoroughly enjoyed swimming when the weather was pleasant. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The area was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took a lovely evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location is a gem, just a short walk to Clematis Street and City Place, which has an abundance of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is close by! Our host, Kevin, was always quick to respond to our needs or questions. We would love to return here in the future if it's available.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure area perfect for families. The space worked well for our group getaway. The pool was pleasant, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functioning. It was a bit chilly, so we ended up enjoying the hot tub instead, which was lovely! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide good privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear and tear. We did encounter issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer was more like a fridge, leading to melted ice bags. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main level, which may not be ideal for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the main part of the house. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially if you're sharing expenses with several families.
