He greeted us at the property with a helpful tour and made himself available for any questions. His recommendations for local beaches, dining, and attractions were spot on. Overall, it made for a fantastic stay!

We were thrilled to find this gem for a last-minute getaway! The apartment is perfect for a short stay and comes with convenient parking. The host was fantastic and made us feel right at home. It’s just a 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shopping, and live music venues. While some elements, like the couch, show signs of use, the amazing view from the sliding door makes you quickly forget about any minor imperfections.

I found myself needing a place to stay in West Palm on short notice for a work assignment, and I couldn't have chosen better! Kevin was incredibly helpful from the moment I landed, keeping in touch and even giving me a personal tour of the building. The condo was perfect for my needs—plenty of space for me, well-maintained, and everything functioned as it should. I appreciated how clean and tidy it was upon my arrival. Highly recommend for anyone needing a temporary home!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We spent a whole month here and loved every single second. The location is fantastic—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport, yet we never heard any noise. It's only a 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and the beach is just a 10-minute drive away. Plus, a 15-minute walk takes you to Clemantis, where we found amazing restaurants and a fantastic farmers market every Saturday. We felt like we didn’t even need a car to explore the area. Kevin was an outstanding host who made our stay incredibly smooth. Whenever we had an issue, he was quick to send someone over to resolve it right away. The space itself was cozy, ample, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was a delightful spot to relax. Even when we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us. He has several listings and is very dependable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place as well as Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful last-minute getaway at this charming apartment! It was a bonus having parking included, and our host was incredibly accommodating. Everything we wanted to explore was just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks and some great shopping spots. While some areas, like the couch, had a bit of wear, the stunning view from the sliding door made us forget about those little imperfections. Highly recommend it!
I’d give Kevin a full five stars for his hospitality and attentiveness. However, there were a few issues with the unit that he couldn't control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could have been improved, and the towels could use an upgrade. The owner should consider replacing them for a better experience.
Had an amazing time at this property with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway! The house was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we had on our list. Plus, Kevin was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had! A great spot for a fun trip!
