The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely book this place again. One minor note is that it didn't quite match the photos, but it was nothing too significant.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations! We stayed for a month and relished every second here. The location is unbeatable, just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the usual noise. Within two minutes, you can stroll to countless shops and eateries, and the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive away. It's also a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market on Saturdays. A car is definitely not needed to enjoy the area. The host was outstanding, making everything a breeze. Whenever we had a minor issue, help arrived promptly and everything was resolved right away. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible. With various listings available, we found them to be incredibly reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

Our stay here for business was absolutely delightful. The property offered an abundance of space and the beds were exceptionally clean and cozy. The two cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone their own privacy with bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by lovely trees; although we had to use the nets provided to clear some debris, it was refreshing to take a swim when the weather allowed. The sound of the waterfall at the pool was a lovely touch in the evenings. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and felt very secure. We even took pleasant evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, offering a variety of bars and restaurants, as well as access to the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We would definitely love to return if the property is available in the future.
The property is situated in a fantastic area with a secure environment, perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the pool, though it was a bit chilly since the heater was out of order. Luckily, the hot tub was a great alternative and provided a lovely warm spot to relax! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice sense of seclusion if needed. Keep in mind that this is an older home, so some signs of age are present. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer barely froze, which led to our ice melting quickly. The stairs can be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main level, I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, there’s no bathing facility in the main house downstairs. Overall, for those splitting costs with friends or family, the price is quite reasonable for this location.
