Our stay here for a work trip was fantastic! The spacious layout and comfortable, clean beds made for a restful experience. The two cottage rooms at the back offered great additional space, and having separate bathrooms was a huge plus. The pool area, surrounded by trees, was delightful, though we did need to use the provided nets to keep it tidy. Still, we enjoyed swimming when the weather cooperated, and the soothing sound of the waterfall made our evenings even more relaxing. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even enjoyed a leisurely evening stroll to Publix. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, filled with numerous dining and nightlife options, plus the beach is nearby. Kevin, our host, was incredibly responsive to our needs and questions. We would love to return here in the future if it’s available.

We had a fantastic time at this property, perfect for gathering our whole family. I highly suggest staying here, just ensure the pool has been cleaned prior to your visit. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy grilling in the backyard because the pool needed some care and turned green. However, the issue has been addressed with the pool service. Kevin was a wonderful host, always quick to respond to our questions. Truly a great experience!

David was an exceptional host, always available and quick to answer any inquiries. He went above and beyond to assist guests during DWD with last-minute lodging alternatives tailored to different requests. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I will definitely be returning!
