Coastal Breeze, All Day Long

We had a fantastic stay with a group of 11 for a bachelorette celebration. The house was just as described, tidy, and spacious enough for all of us. Getting to nearby bars and restaurants was a breeze with a quick Uber ride! Kevin was super attentive and always ready to assist. It truly was an ideal spot for our getaway!

Our work trip to this rental was fantastic! The space was ample, with comfortable and spotless beds. We particularly enjoyed the two additional cottage rooms at the back, which were great for giving everyone their own bathroom. The pool area was lovely, offering a serene atmosphere, although we did find it necessary to use the nets to clear out some leaves. Still, we managed to enjoy the pool on nice days, and the sound of the waterfall was a lovely backdrop in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making our evening walks to Publix a pleasant experience. Plus, being so close to Clematis St and City Place, with its bars, restaurants, and the beach, was a major bonus. Kevin, the host, was incredibly responsive to our needs. We would absolutely return if the property is available again.

This guesthouse is a great find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's incredibly cozy, perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and a modern sink with a lovely countertop. The bathroom has also seen renovations and includes some nice details like a dimmer switch. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom help keep things comfortable alongside the strong air conditioning. The closet is well designed with ample storage options. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer and off-street parking is a big plus, although both are shared with the main house, which is also available for rent if you need extra room. Kevin, the host, was always quick to respond and handled a couple of small issues professionally. All in all, this property met our expectations and we'd happily book with Kevin again.

The check-in experience was seamless thanks to Kevin. Even with our unexpected flight delay, he was there waiting for us at the house to give us a tour. We truly appreciate all his help!
