This guesthouse offers a great value in the usually expensive West Palm Beach area. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. We appreciated the modern kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, and new countertops, along with a beautifully updated bathroom featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. The ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom are a nice touch for comfort, complemented by excellent air conditioning. The well-organized closet provides plenty of storage space. Additionally, having access to a shared washer and dryer plus off-street parking was very convenient. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a couple of minor issues effectively. All in all, this property fit our needs perfectly, and we would definitely consider booking again in the future.

The location is quite distant from the convention center, requiring a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. The room itself was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the area and the lack of facilities, the price seemed excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund under Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 felt unjustified for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and additional amenities are considered in the future.

We had an amazing time at this house during our bachelorette getaway with a group of 11. The property was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! The host was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a fun trip!
