Freshly updated residence featuring swimming pool, cabana, sun loungers, and shaded outdoor dining area

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm. Nearly everything we wanted to see was within a quick five-minute drive, and some spots were even walkable from where we were staying. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, and we were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located it was. This charming property has a history, being a century-old home. The pool and cabana area in the back are fantastic, and the two 'casitas' were incredibly useful for our large group. Kevin was very responsive and made sure our experience was smooth. While we felt the need for a new washer/dryer and preferred better pillows, overall we had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a group and wanting to experience the best of West Palm.

I cannot thank Kevin enough for his hospitality. He was incredibly flexible with our last-minute reservation due to the hurricane evacuation. It truly made our stressful situation much easier.

We arrived at around 1:00 pm after our flight and expected to grab some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still finishing up. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out again, but there was no response. We finally got some information at 7:02 pm, only to be told they were still working on it. Eventually, we were let in around 7:45 pm, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which had workers tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until late at night, around 9:30 pm, and it was quite disruptive. Additionally, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen during our stay. To make matters worse, there was no apology or offer to rectify the situation. I asked about possibly receiving a refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences, but was told they'd have to consult the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would hesitate to rent from them again.

I would absolutely give Kevin a full five-star rating based on his service alone. Unfortunately, the unit had a couple of issues that were beyond his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin took prompt action to have it repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaned a bit better, and the towels provided weren't of the highest quality. It would be a wise move for the owner to upgrade them.

Had a wonderful experience at Kevin's property! It was ideal for our large group, situated in a convenient area, and offered more than enough room for everyone.
