We had a fantastic work trip here! The property had ample room, with cozy and pristine beds. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great added privacy, each having its own bathroom which was a real bonus. The pool area was a delightful feature, surrounded by lush trees. We did find ourselves using the nets provided to keep it clean, but we enjoyed swimming whenever the weather allowed. The soothing waterfall by the pool created a lovely ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making our strolls to the nearby Publix enjoyable. Its location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Clematis Street and City Place, filled with lots of dining and nightlife options, plus easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We would love to return if the opportunity arises!

Fantastic spot with an unbeatable location!
I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm Beach and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch with me right from the moment I landed. Although the building is quite large, the host kindly provided a thorough tour, which made everything easy to navigate. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, fully functional, and impeccably clean.

We spent three weeks at this delightful Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm. Virtually everything we wanted to see was just a quick drive away, and some attractions were even within walking distance. The neighborhood felt serene and secure, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to all the hotspots. This property is a charming century-old house featuring an amazing pool and a lovely cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' are a fantastic touch for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond and eager to ensure we had a wonderful experience. While we did find that the washer/dryer could be updated and the pillows could use improvement, these minor issues didn't detract from what is otherwise an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a larger party in search of a prime location in West Palm.
