I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and this place was perfect for my month-long stay. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, he gave me a quick tour which made settling in easy. The condo itself is roomy enough for two, everything functions well, and it's impeccably clean.

Our stay was made much easier thanks to Kevin's incredible hospitality. He was very flexible with our last-minute reservation after we had to leave due to the hurricane.
We had a fantastic time at this house for our bachelorette getaway with 11 friends! The space was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Plus, getting to local bars and restaurants was a breeze with just a quick Uber ride. Kevin was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A perfect spot for a group getaway!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we were fortunate to book on such short notice. This apartment comes with convenient parking, and the host was extremely accommodating. Everything you could possibly need is just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks and plenty of shopping and live music venues. While some furnishings feel a bit worn, like the couch, the view from the window and glass door makes you quickly forget about those little imperfections.

Mark was a fantastic host. The check-in process was seamless, and he was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. He greeted us personally, making the arrival experience smooth and straightforward. Mark's knowledge about the local area is impressive and really enhanced our stay. The location was exactly as described, ideal for exploring. If you're looking for a great Airbnb experience, Mark is the host you want. I highly recommend staying at one of his properties.
The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was perfect for our group, though the pool was a bit chilly since the heater seemed to be out of order. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was wonderful! The guest studios near the pool are cozy and provide a nice bit of seclusion when needed. The property is a bit dated, so be prepared for some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t functioning properly; the freezer barely kept items cold, leading to melted ice, which was a bit of a hassle. The stairs can be tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility challenges. Also, keep in mind there are no bathing facilities on the main floor. Overall, it was reasonably priced for our group, making it more affordable when shared among multiple families.
