We enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb in West Palm Beach. The location couldn't be better; it was our first visit to the area, and we're thrilled we picked this spot. Everything we needed was just a quick drive away, and we found some places were even within a pleasant walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which added to our overall experience. This charming Airbnb is a century-old residence, and we loved the pool and cabana in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were ideal for accommodating our large group. The host was very responsive and did everything possible to ensure our stay was enjoyable. While we did think the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows could be improved, overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling with a group and looking to explore West Palm.
We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. While there are a few minor adjustments needed, we were largely pleased with our extended stay. The location is very convenient, offering a great parking spot, a gym, and an impressive swimming pool where we enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening.
The owner of this property was incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries we had. They truly went above and beyond to help numerous guests, especially during the busy DWD period, securing last-minute arrangements tailored to various needs. The studio itself is well-appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was an absolute highlight, providing a great way to relax my legs after long days on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
I unfortunately had to cancel my stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but the host was incredibly understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I truly appreciate their professionalism during such a stressful time.

We arrived at the property after a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, expecting to have lunch and check-in by 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still at the property and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 pm for any updates and receiving no response, we were left frustrated. Eventually, at around 7:45 pm, we were allowed to enter, only to discover that there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers cutting tiles until late in the evening. To make matters worse, they left the used sink and toilet in the kitchen throughout our stay. Despite our request for some compensation for the inconvenience and delayed check-in, we received no follow-up from the owner. This experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to book with this host again.

Communication was excellent, which made our experience even better. The property matched its online description perfectly. The only hiccup was with the oven, which unfortunately wasn't operational, but the host responded swiftly to check it out. Thankfully, the stovetop was fully functional. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook elaborate meals, so it wasn't a big issue for us. We really valued the thoughtful touches and the host's friendly approach. A big thank you for the extra kindness shown! We will certainly look for properties managed by this host in the future.
